Questions
What is a keyword slot?
Each keyword you track uses one slot per Amazon result page. Tracking a keyword on page 1 uses 1 slot; on pages 1–2 it uses 2. So 50 slots means 50 keywords on page 1, or 25 keywords on pages 1–2.
How often is the data updated?
Every plan scans each keyword twice a day, at varied times, from a real US delivery location (or the ZIP code you choose). You can also trigger a manual check.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 7-day trial includes Growth-level limits and needs no credit card. When it ends, tracking pauses until you pick a plan. Your data and settings are kept.
Can I change or cancel my plan? Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your workspace; when you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, which is why every plan starts with a free trial. Yearly plans give you two months free.
Which marketplaces are supported?
amazon.com is the main marketplace, with major international Amazon marketplaces also available. Prices are in USD; applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
